Understanding Economics is a self-paced online course for HBCU students interested in Finance. Developed by the Wharton-AltFinance Institute at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, this course provides an introduction to economics, as used in alternative investing. It starts with a deep understanding of _______, including basic concepts _____ and  _____ , and more complex ideas like ________. Our goal is to help students learn how to leverage their concepts learnings effectively for industry success. 

In addition to online video lessons delivered by Wharton faculty, the course includes links to related readings, activities, and glossary terms, as well as quizzes to test students on the learning material.
